Our Quality Story is where we share information about how we are doing with our patients and their families – as well as anyone who may need to use our services in future.

Much of this is information is used by our doctors, nurses and managers to ensure our services are safe and are meeting the high standards that patients and their relatives have a right to expect. It includes waiting times, staffing levels and infection rates, as well as what you have told us using the Friends and Family Test.
