Emma Pettit-Mitchell: Non-Executive Director

Emma joined the Trust Board in June 2018 as an Associate Non-Executive Director and was appointed as a substantive Non-Executive Director in August 2019.

Emma is a highly experienced senior executive with over 21 years’ experience with one of the largest retailers (UK and globally) and a FTSE 100 company. Uniquely, Emma has worked extensively as a director in both the private and public sector, previously working for Kent County Council. She is also an experienced executive and team coach.

Emma lives in Kent with her husband and three  children. In addition to her role on the Trust Board, Emma chairs the People and Organisational Development Committee and is part of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee.
