Dr Cheron Bailey undertook her anaesthetic training at hospitals in the south coast region and in London. This included advanced training in obstetric anaesthesia at St George’s Hospital and head and neck anaesthesia at Charing Cross Hospital.

She started her consultant career at our Trust in 2010 at and has clinical interests in obstetric and oncology anaesthesia. She was lead for obstetric anaesthesia from 2011 to 2017.

Dr Bailey has an active role in medical education and patient safety – high fidelity simulation training. She is an honorary senior lecturer at Kings’ College London and has held a supervisory undergraduate role with King’s College London since 2018.
