We want to deliver outstanding care which treats each patient as an individual, recognises their needs and cares for them with compassion, which is why we have developed our Experience of Care Strategy outlining our recognition of, and commitment to, the patient and carer experience.

Everyone in our organisation has a role to play in contributing to a positive patient experience, and this strategy provides a foundation for achieving this.

Through engaging and listening to patient, carer, partner and staff feedback we have identified what is most important to those in our care. These insights have helped to define our objectives:
